Our network of partners is constantly seeking reliable and personable individuals to engage with customers through the interactive platform of Facebook Messenger.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions using live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms pages. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work online (US candidates preferred).
