About the Role:
Customer service representatives are responsible for answering customer’s live chat support or sales inquiries on a their web platform. This work is done online and can be done from home.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will go through a brief training program to become familiar with the job and the business you are working for. Your daily tasks will involve logging into the company’s website live chat feature and responding to client queries. Some inquiries will be for support, and others will be sales-related. You will be provided with documentation containing answers to common questions, and our staff will provide full support.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
- Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
- Reliable internet connection.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
