Customer Support Rep – Call Center/Billing (Fully Remote)

our group needs Customer Service Representatives, your role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer experience to our valued customers and agents. Responsibilities:

  • As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be compensated for responding to live chat messages on businesses’ websites or social media platforms. This involves addressing customer inquiries, providing links for sales, and offering discounts.

Contract Duration: An open-ended contract

Compensation: $35 per hour

Requirements: To excel In this capacity, you must have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be self-reliant, able to follow instructions closely, have a weekly availability of at least 5 hours, and maintain consistent internet access.

Weekly Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work online (US-based applicants preferred)
