You will work for businesses answering real-time chat messages on their website or social media pages. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from any place.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering consumer queries, providing sales URLs, and extending special deals.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a stable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so all training is included, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
