Job Description: In the role of Live Chat Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions using live chat on business online platforms and social media platforms. These inquiries may range from providing assistance to existing customers to addressing sales-related queries from potential new clients.
Contract Duration: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- You must have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
