No past experience is necessary, as You will receive thorough training, and you can conveniently work from your phone or laptop.
Your Role: Providing Top-notch Customer Support
As a live chat assistant, your daily responsibilities will include logging into our live chat portal each morning and promptly addressing client inquiries. Our live chat software is designed to simplify responses to common questions, and you’ll also have access to a chat supervisor who can assist with more complex queries. Before diving into your role, We give a short, 1-2 hour training program to ensure you’re well-prepared.
Compensation: Competitive Pay and Flexible Hours
We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a great earnings rate of $35 per hour. Whether you can commit 5 hours or 40 hours per week, we have a place for you on our group. All you need is a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, as well as a stable internet connection.
Location: Remote Work Online (United States Preferred)
This position is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from any location you choose. While we welcome applicants from around the world, we have a preference for candidates located in the United States.
