Job Description:
As a Remote Entry Level Chat Support Clerk, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming customer support questions over live chat on businesses’ web pages and social accounts accounts. These questions could range from support inquiries from existing customers to sales-related queries from potential new customers.
Position Details:

- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong aptitude for following provided instructions.
